The Swan Hill Drag Racing Club have released the following update regarding the inaugural Race For Pride event originally scheduled for this weekend October 8th and 9th.
“Due to the persistence of mother nature it has become clearly obvious to all concerned and all parties involved trying to get Swan Hill Drag Racing Club’s Inaugural event raced and run, time is not on our side with the region recording near record drenching over the past two weeks. It is with regret to notify racers and fans that the race meeting will not go ahead as scheduled this weekend the 8th and 9th October. It is an absolutely unavoidable situation that has not damped the spirits of the band of volunteers. A new date will be announced shortly.”
