Dale Gummow Returns To Perth Motorplex
Dale Gummow will return to Perth Motorplex in a professional capacity as Event Coordinator for Drag Racing, Burnout and Special Events.
Dale, whom last worked at Perth Motorplex in 2009, has never lost her spark, passion, and desire to return to the nuts and bolts of drag racing event coordination in a full-time capacity.
“Drag racing fills a large part of my life, and nothing gives me greater pleasure than to return to do what I love – the behind the scenes work, the organisation and build up to events,” Dale expressed.
“I am so grateful to be back working at the Motorplex along side some very talented people and together I am sure we will have a fantastic season,” said Dale, whom has competed in both Modified Bike and Modified Eliminator as a competitor.





An inaugural Tasmanian record has been set for Electric Vehicles over the 1/8 mile on 29 August 2015.




Following on from the launch of the Tasmanian branch of the Australian Electric Vehicles Association (AEVA) on 15 August, Tas Dragway will be supporting electric vehicles to set an official Tasmanian drag racing record for electric cars, and unofficial National record.
This Saturday (22 August) the latest round of the Queensland Drag Racing Championships will hit Willowbank Raceway, hosting more than 100 local heroes of all ages.
The Steel City Supercharged Shootout is being held on Sunday 4th October, 2015 at the Steel City Raceway, Mullaquana Road, Whyalla and features over 20 blown cars plus AUS vs USA jet cars.
