Following the X-Champs at Sydney Dragway, Team Bray Racing joined forces with the operators of the Fastrack Drag Racing Experience this week to create a high octane experience for long-time supporter, Gates Australia.
Gates Australia have supported the father and son team of Victor and Ben Bray for more than twenty years, supplying blower belts for both their Top Doorslammers and burnout cars.
On Monday 5 May, 20 guests of Gates Australia took to Sydney Dragway for a ride in the Fastrack dragster with ex-NASCAR driver Graham Elliot at the wheel, before electing for a ride in either Victor or Ben’s specialised burnout cars.
“Gates Australia have played an integral part in Team Bray’s success for more than 20 years, so it was our absolute pleasure to host 20 of their guests at Sydney Dragway in conjunction with Fastrack Drag Racing this week to create an experience they will never forget,” said Victor Bray.
“Long-term relationships like this are extremely valuable in the motorsport industry and we really hope they enjoyed their experience with not only Ben and I but also former NASCAR racer Graham Elliot.”
All participants were supplied with a TBR supporter’s pack of shirt and cap, as well as a video of their Fastrack Drag Racing experience.
