Melissa Spadaro has been named the winner of the 60foot Rising Star Award at the 44th Westernationals in her first ever race meeting.
Previously Bailey Ferguson and Brendan Kanters were announced as the winning drivers earning the 60foot Rising Star Award in Round 2 of the Summit Racing Equipment Sportsman Series.
Due to a technical error in the calculations we unfortunately must retract this announcement as Melissa Spadaro reacted in a ligthning quick .001 seconds to run an 8.857 on an 8.85 dial in for an overall pakcage of 0.008.

The 60foot Rising Star Award recognises the Junior Dragster racer with the best reaction time and dial in package at each round of the Summit Racing Equipment Sportsman Series.
