This Sunday, April 3rd see's the number one Sport Compact drag racing show in the land, Jamboree Sydney, explodes onto Sydney Dragway with the world's fastest imports battling for the win and Jamboree glory. 1000hp fours, 1500hp rotaries and 2000hp six-cylinders will battle it out down the quarter mile.
See Kiwi import Rod Harvey and his Sport Compact world record holding 6.4sec 224mph Toyota Celica face off against Australia’s rotary powerhouse Pac Performance and their Mazda 6 in a Jamboree final round rematch! The who’s who of Sport Compact drag racing will be there with names like Signorelli, Dyson, Ibrahim, Rigoli, Kajewski, Sadek, Bray,McKerm and Tsoltoudis to mention a few. Throw in some crazy twin-tubro V8’s, insane seven-second turbocharged street bikes and you’ve got the ultimate mix of hi-tech drag racing action on display.
There’s a host of awesome off-track action in the new indoor Show-N-Shine arena too with the Babe and Bikini Comps, dB Drag Racing Sound-Off and some of the best show vehicles the Australian Sport Compact scene has to offer!
Can’t make it to Jamboree Sydney!For the first time ever, the Jamboree Sydney will be streamed live on the Internet, where Drag Racing fans from 38 different countries can log in to watch live racing action. A state of the art fibre optic streaming system, comprising four separate cameras along the Quarter Mile including the commentary.
There will be a 100km exclusion zone for the Western Sydney pocket, if you live within this zone, your only opportunity to catch the action is to attend Jamboree Sydney and soak up the atmosphere in person. We have 160 of Australia’s best Sport Compact vehicles hitting the track and with our live streaming, you won’t miss any of the action.
