The Australian National Drag Racing Association (ANDRA) is pleased to welcome Amanda Geddes to the team.

Geddes is taking over the role of Membership and Licensing Officer from Kylie Hazelhurst, who is departing the role after almost 17 years of highly appreciated service.

As well as more than 30 years of familiarity with ANDRA drag racing, Geddes brings to the role many years of corporate experience in the Automotive OEM and Aftermarket industries across Quality Assurance, Component Inspection, Customer Service and Compliance Management.

“I am very excited to be joining the ANDRA team,” Geddes said.

“I have been around ANDRA Drag Racing for three decades, and I am greatly looking forward to working with the team and contributing to a very successful future.”

ANDRA Caretaker Chief Executive Officer, Ian Brown, welcomed Geddes to the role while thanking Hazelhurst for her service.

“Amanda comes to ANDRA with an in-depth understanding of ANDRA drag racing and the competitor group and combines that knowledge with a wide array of corporate skills which we feel will make her perfect for the role of ANDRA Membership and Licensing Officer going forward,” Brown said.

“We hope that the ANDRA membership will join us in welcoming her to the team and will show her their support as she moves into this role.

“I would also like to take this opportunity to once again thank Kylie Hazelhurst, our outgoing Membership and Licensing Officer, for her service. The dedication to ANDRA that Kylie has shown over almost 17 years is unquestionable and we wish her all the best for her future endeavours.”

Geddes will officially commence in the role on Monday April 3. From that time, she will be able to be contacted via 0437 933 745 and Amanda.Geddes@andra.com.au
