The Australian National Drag Racing Association wishes to confirm that ANDRA Chief Executive Officer, Brett Stevens, has resigned after 10 years with the Association.

A transition period will be undertaken for the role. At this time, ANDRA Board Member, Ian Brown, has been appointed as caretaker CEO, and further announcements will be made at the appropriate time regarding who will fill the CEO role moving forward.

“For 10 years, Brett Stevens has served ANDRA with the utmost dedication, helping drive the Association through torrid times,” ANDRA Chairman, Nathan Peirano, said.

“The contribution that Brett has made to ANDRA drag racing in his time with our Association is unquestionable, and I thank him for his tireless efforts and commitment over his long tenure.

Brett’s departure follows the resignation of long time Business Manager, Jackie Mills. Kylie Hazelhurst, long-time ANDRA Membership and Licencing Officer, has also tendered her resignation this week.

“I hope the ANDRA membership will join me in wishing Brett, Jackie and Kylie all the best in their future endeavours,” Nathan said.
