Information Memorandum covering change from Association to Company that answers key questions covering the Proposed change of existing Association to Australian National Drag Racing Association Inc. to a Company Limited by Guarantee.
This week ANDRA Full Members throughout Australia will receive a Member Pack, providing information on the change and the ways it may affect ANDRA Members. There is notification of the Special General Meeting and a Form of Appointment of Proxy for those unable to attend, and an Information Memorandum. The Proxy will authorise the Chairman or another Member you nominate, to vote on your behalf on the motion.
The purpose of this Memorandum is to:
- inform the current Members of ANDRA of the relevant information concerning the current proposals for change, in particular the new structure and the effect of the change on the members; and
- encourage the Members to vote in favour to establish the new organisation ANDRA Ltd at the forthcoming Special General Meeting.
