The Australian National Drag Racing Association is proud to announce a 34 percent increase in TV viewership through 2013.
Broadcast on free to air through SBS Speedweek and via pay TV on Speed, ANDRA Drag Racing has increased audience numbers year on year as race fans follow their heroes in both the ANDRA Drag Racing Series and Aeroflow Sportsman Drag Racing Championship.
ANDRA CEO Malcolm Bulley said he was pleased with the increase in viewers as the sport continues to show growth around Australia.
“This is an exciting time for ANDRA and it’s great to see our sport gaining recognition. It’s important ANDRA Drag Racing reaches a greater audience around the country,” he said.
“We’ve got a great partnership with Greg Sita and the guys at AVE and we look forward to growing this aspect of our great sport.”
