Following the resignation of Simon Pinnock on Tuesday August 23 2011, the ANDRA Board has unanimously elected Liam Waldron as the Interim Chairman.
Liam, who holds one of the two independent positions on the Board, is a lecturer in Engineering Management at the Australian National University as well as the Director of Waldron Solutions Pty Ltd. Holding both a Degree in Physics and a Doctorate in Applied Physics and Astronomy; Liam is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
The Board will review the position of Chairman, once the vacant Independent Director position has been filled.
