Usually ANDRA would conduct it’s AGM around mid to late August, given that ANDRA Incorporated is now the Australian National Drag Racing Association Limited, the ASIC timeframes allow for the AGM to be conducted within five months of the end of the financial year.
The Incorporated Audit has been completed and the Company Audit will be underway next week. At this stage it is proposed that the AGM will be conducted around mid October to Mid- November dependant on the finalisation of the associated documentation and reports.
