What a fabulous weekend the Slamfest turned out to be. Victor Bray and colleagues bought the Doorslammer circus to town and they put on a great show. The South Coast club have really developed their facility and put heaps of work into getting it ready. The massive car park paddocks were full and there was no space on the mounds.

Rob Pilkington elevated his Force Equipment/Alutech team to first position in the WA Top Comp Championship standings on Saturday night with a runner up at Perth Motorplex.

Pilkington's Funny Car reached the final, losing a close race against Daniel Gregorini's Camaro.

Rob Pilkington didn't let some wet weather get in the way of moving back to the top of the Motorplex points table for Top Comp in his Force Equipment/Alutech Monte Carlo Funny Car at the Goldenstates event on December 3 and 4.

The ACDelco Nissan 300 ZX of Michael "PATCH" Frossos was out at the 39th Annual Goldenstates at the Perth Motorplex.

At the end of Qualifying he was placed as the Number One Qualifier in Super Compettion.

Rob Pilkington started the season in great form with a win at the Grand Opening event of the Perth Motorplex season and it seemed as though the second round of the championship was again going exactly to the team's script.

The ACDelco Nissan 300 ZX of Michael "PATCH" Frossos nearly did not make the Top Fuel Match Race on 19th and 20th November 2010.

While Patch was away working up north the meeting was rapidly approaching. It looked like Patch would be away till Saturday morning. His crew was able to finnish putting the car back together and pack the transporter, however getting it to the track would be very hard without a prime mover.

The Top Fuel Challenge at Perth Motorplex on Saturday, 20 November, held eleven cars in the Top Comp bracket, all of who qualified under their personal indexes.

The ACDelco Nissan 300 ZX of Michael "PATCH" Frossos was out at the Perth Motorplex for Top Fuel Match race on the 20th November 2010.

With the team making some changes leading up to the event it was hoped that the ACDelco Nissan 300ZX would get of the start line with more consistency with the different track conditions. Prior to the race meeting we had changed the gearbox (to try some different ratios in 1st and 2nd), service all the brakes, serviced the rear shocks and repaired the Track locator.

Following successful testing on Wednesday (27th October), where Weston Racing rolled out their AA/Dragster for the first time this season, and completed back to back five second passes, the Weston Racing Team were once again prepared to prove they had the right calibre to better the Australian National Record for their class.
