Top Doorslammer drag racer, Robin Judd, is looking to finish the 2010-2011 (Australian National Drag Racing Association) ANDRA Pro Series the same way he started, with a win.  

Perth-based Judd won the season-opening Australian Nationals, for the second year in a row, at Sydney Dragway last September. This weekend, Judd is now looking to win the season-ending Winternationals at Willowbank raceway.

American Top Fuel racer, Cory McClenathan, is eager to win Australia's most prestigious drag race event, the Winternationals, to be held at Willowbank Raceway, Ipswich, this weekend (Friday-Monday, June 10-13).    

McClenathan, from Brownsburg, Indiana, will drive one of two Top Fuel cars entered by Sydney-based Rapisarda Racing/Titan Cranes team at the 44th annual Castrol EDGE Winternationals.

Current Porsche Carrera Cup Championship leader – Steve Richards is preparing for an altogether different challenge – he will be taking a Porsche Turbo road car onto the Willowbank Raceway quarter mile drag strip to race against a fully-fledged ANDRA Pro Stock racer at the Castrol EDGE Winternationals (June 10-13).

Richards and his Porsche will take to the track for the Castrol EDGE Speed Challenge, a speed comparison concept pitching the Richards-steered Porsche against Pro Stock racecars, with their ANDRA Pro Series drivers at the helm and an SS Commodore with high-profile racer, Shane Tucker behind the wheel.

The “World’s Wildest Cruisin Car Show” POWERCRUISE has joined forces with Crossroads Racing for this weekend’s Castrol Edge Winternationals prior to taking their show to the USA for the first time this July. In fact, the largest drag race outside of North America will host a first for the Crossroads team as well when Top Alcohol pilot John Cannuli takes to the seat of his 1967 Chevrolet Camaro in Top Doorslammer.
