Recently the ANDRA office completed a move into new premises, while also undergoing some significant staffing changes. ANDRA Caretaker CEO, Ian Brown, wishes to issue the following update to ANDRA members.

“I would like to thank our members, member tracks and other stakeholders for their patience as we work through this period of change at the ANDRA office,” Brown said.

“We acknowledge that some members have had their licences and membership renewals pending for some time, and I respectfully ask from those members for their continued patience as we work diligently to bring these up to date.

“At the same time as the office move, we have also been undertaking an IT upgrade to our systems. While once completed these upgrades will greatly improve our ability to quickly process licences and memberships around the country and give us the opportunity to service our members better, the upgrade process has caused some delays to our ability to process applications in a timely manner. Disappointingly, we have also found some applications which date back some three months.

“While these delays are certainly regrettable, I can assure you we have placed the highest priority on working through the pending applications to get them processed as soon as possible.

“Another key administration item that we are working on is the reinstatement of our landline. Unfortunately we are still in the queue at Telstra to have our landline connected, so in the meantime please continue to contact the office staff via either the ‘Technical’ mobile number (0487 800 084) or the ‘Membership’ mobile number (0437 933 745). Alternatively you can email info@andra.com.au.

“I hope that this update helps you to feel more informed of our current situation and progress, and I would like to once again thank you for your patience and continued support.”
