ANDRA has worked to resolve the technical communication issues recently brought to our attention by members.

This has included trouble shooting with Telstra to resolve the phone issues we have been experiencing, and working with our IT partners to streamline our email communications.

We ask members to direct all licencing enquiries to our dedicated licencing number – 0437 933 745 – while all other enquires can be made by contacting the head office number on 08 8271 5355.

Please note that these contact numbers are staffed during the following business hours, Monday to Friday:

  • Licencing/membership enquiries – 0437 933 745 – 8.30am to 3.30pm Adelaide time.
  • General enquiries – 08 8271 5355 – 8.30am to 4.30pm Adelaide time.

If when you call staff are unavailable to answer, either because they are occupied on another call or you have made contact outside of business hours, please leave a detailed message including contact details and the reason for your enquiry, and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
