MCDONALD’S LAUNCHES 3 MINUTE DRIVE THRU SERVICE PROMISE

Residents of Western Sydney and Drag Racing fans received a treat today as they got the opportunity to meet three-time Australian National Drag Racing Association (ANDRA) Pro Series Top Fuel Champion, Phil Read at McDonald's Wetherill Park.

Phil Read took a pit stop in McDonald's Wetherill Park's Drive Thru and showcased his 10 metre dragster to officially launch McDonald's 3 Minute Drive Thru Service Promise.

McDonald's Wetherill Park Licensee, Alex Lee explained what McDonald's 3 Minute Drive Thru Service Promise is all about, which has been launched to highlight the speed of service that Drive Thru customers can expect to receive from McDonald's restaurants.

"From 8 September until 9 November, McDonald's is promising to serve Drive-Thru customers within three minutes from the time they order to the collection window," says Alex.

"For any order that goes over the three minute mark, our customers will receive a voucher for a free Big Mac or Quarter Pounder on their next visit."
